    Warranty Terms & Conditions

    1. Workmanship Warranty

    Space Change provides a workmanship warranty subject to the following periods:

    • Residential Projects: 60 months

    • Commercial Projects: 24 months

    • Mechanisms (e.g. hinges, drawer systems, fittings): 12 months, subject to manufacturers’ terms and conditions

    This warranty excludes third-party invoiced items and foreign-sourced products (e.g. Taobao or overseas purchases).

    2. Waterproofing Warranty

    A 24-month warranty is provided for waterproofing works, strictly subject to a successful ponding test conducted and documented by the Contractor upon completion. 

    3. Warranty Limitations

    All warranties shall be null and void if defects or damages arise from:

    • Misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance

    • Alterations, repairs, or interference by third parties

    • Normal wear and tear or environmental factors

    4. Natural Materials Disclaimer

    All natural materials, including but not limited to marble, granite, stone, veneer, and solid wood, are subject to natural variations in:

    • Colour tones

    • Grain patterns

    • Watermarks, spots, or irregularities

    Such variations are inherent characteristics of natural products and shall be deemed acceptable and fit for use, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

    5. Defective Goods

    Upon acceptance of the Works or Goods, the Client shall not reject them thereafter.
    The Contractor shall rectify verified defects within a reasonable period, where applicable.
    All payment obligations shall remain unaffected during the rectification process.
